We are a brass covers band which covers a wide range of genres from Rock & Roll to Pop to Dance. If it's popular, then we play it and we are always adding to our set list!

  • Can you play '...' for me?

If you want to hear a song that we don't already play for your event, please let us know and we’ll see what we can do! As new pieces are all arranged to work across our instruments, we do require time to compose this and rehearse, so request at least a 3 months notice period and a one time fee of £50 will be added to your quote. This is to ensure we can perform any new pieces to the high standards we pride ourselves on!

  • Who does your music arrangements?

Our head arranger is our very own Simon on Alto Sax, he makes sure that all our pieces work for our 5 piece line up and carry that funk we want to deliver to you.

Unfortunately not, our set lists are carefully crafted to work with all 5 members of the band performing to deliver an impactful and fun experience of brass.

  • Can you play our first dance?

Yes! We have been asked to do this on many occasions. Just mention this during the booking discussion and we can definitely plan this with you.

  • Can I/my mother/my wife/friend get up and sing with the band?

Although Atomic Brass have no lead vocalist (one of our unique selling points) usually, we prefer not to risk the integrity of a carefully arranged song by bringing on guest performers but in certain circumstances (and with enough notice) we can discuss!

  • Do you have your own sound equipment?

We have a PA system, consisting of 2 column arrays, 2 Subwoofers and Mixing desk which can be hired for an additional fee for your event if required. Most of our performances tend to be of the acoustic nature but we know how that live sound can add a little bit more to your event if needed.

  • Do you offer a DJ service?

One of our additional extras we offer is a Spotify DJ Service post-performance. This consists of a Spotify playlist (approved by you) connected to the band PA system and is charged at £50 per hour. This is to ensure the band member(s) is paid fairly for the time they are being required on site. Get in touch if you would like to know more.
